Yaw " Where Will You Be"

So soft so smooth so lovely the way the heart brakes. It´s gorgeous...
To my knowledge, there is no full album out by this Chicago native artist, named Yaw, so a single will have to do for now, BUT remember the name and make it your business to dig in his past and get familiar with his future..and maybe some sunny (or rainy) day...there will be a album full of weeping sounds that will pour over you like sweet black honey.

OK. Now you've done it.... LOL this is my shit!!! I love this tune... The vinyl release was an EP with other artists... a DJ friend of mine remixed a single by the chicago group BSTC with Yaw on vocals.... but it doesn't touch the emotion in this tune... mega kudos for posting this beautiful tune!

btw. Check Out Jose James "Desire" from his album "The Dreamer" for another good example of a new soulful tune... It's on Gilles Peterson's Brownswood Label... James is from Detroit and I think Kenny Dixon Jr (Moodymann) produced his LP or part of it at least... it's kinda jazzy...

The last Omar LP isn't bad either... I got hipped to it from the Henrick Schwarz remix of "Feelig You" which was a tune that Stevie Wonder guested on.
