Some incredible work here by a Detroit native Kyle Hall, who has been in the music scene for a few years already. He has released several EPs on his own Wild Oats label, however, this is his first full release for another label. It should also be mentioned, that the kid is only 19. Impressive.

Report from the WMC was that Kyle Hall beat it harder than just about any DJ at the conference. His name has been coming up more and more. I would encourage any fans of Kyle Hall and the Detroit sound to check out Omar S. (FXHE Records), The European label "Sex Tags Mania", of course Theo Parrish & KDJ/Moodymann, Motor City Drum Ensemble (MCDE), Stilove4music label (with artists like Trus'Me & Rick Wilhite), Tevo Howard, and new releases on Rush Hour's sub labels geared towards chicago and detroit house sounds.

Very good. I'm a house head first and foremost... although I love all kinds of music.
